·      The Crisis – Harry and Megan take 'step back' as senior member of the royal family

·      Decision Upset: The Queen

·      Speculations: brain washed, how can they survive on their own etc

·      Cleaving – Gen 2:24 “Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh”

·      Eph 5:31 “The Scriptures say, “That is why a man will leave his father and mother and join his wife, and the two people will become one.

·      Gen 12, Ex 2:11-25 (Abram/ Moses moved out)

·      The Move: Was so strange

o   Caused crisis (rancour) in Haran (as in royal family now)

o   Was for a purpose to bless the humanity.

o   Changed his name (a high father to father of multitudes).

o   Had a close relationship with God, experienced the presence of God.

o   He encountered difficulties but God stood by him.

o   And covenant (destiny) was fulfilled

Prayer

Matt 14:22-33

22 Immediately He directed the disciples to get into the boat and go ahead of Him to the other side [of the Sea of Galilee], while He sent the crowds away. 23 After He had dismissed the crowds, He went up on the mountain by Himself to pray. When it was evening, He was there alone. 24 But the boat [by this time] was already a long distance from land, tossed and battered by the waves; for the wind was against them. 25 And in the fourth watch of the night (3:00-6:00 a.m.) Jesus came to them, walking on the sea. 26 When the disciples saw Him walking on the sea, they were terrified, and said, “It is a ghost!” And they cried out in fear. 27 But immediately He spoke to them, saying, “Take courage, it is I! Do not be afraid!” 28 Peter replied to Him, “Lord, if it is [really] You, command me to come to You on the water.” 29 He said, “Come!” So Peter got out of the boat, and walked on the water and came toward Jesus. 30 But when he saw [the effects of] the wind, he was frightened, and he began to sink, and he cried out, “Lord, save me!” 31 Immediately Jesus extended His hand and caught him, saying to him, “O you of little faith, why did you doubt?” 32And when they got into the boat, the wind ceased. 33 Then those in the boat worshiped Him [with awe-inspired reverence], saying, “Truly You are the Son of God!”

·      Thank Him a time like this.

           V24....tossed and battered by the waves; for the wind was against them......

·      In this midst of crisis, may your peace reign Lord

·      In this confusion may they encountered Christ

·      Lord calm every storm, crisis, rancour, resentment/bitterness generated in the past and presently

          V26 …..they cried out in fear

·      Lord give them courage, let your presence abide with them

·      Lord your purpose in this move, let it be established

·      Lord let this be a journey to encounter you

·      Abram moved out and he remain a blessing to humanity. Lord cause this move to be a light (salvation) both to Megan and Harry and to the entire royal family.

·      Moses moved out of the palace and later delivered his people from slavery, this is our heart cry for the Royal family – Use them as the messiah for the family.
